2016第三屆地球春浪大賞 

（一）比賽資格 Eligibility

• 無論有簽屬經紀唱片合約，或沒有簽署經紀唱片合約的創作人，皆可參加。（團體人數不限，可單人參賽），在學、社會工作均可，沒有年齡限制。
• The Awards opens to individuals and music groups, with or without album contracts with agents, with no age limit. Students and non-students are accepted.
• 參賽歌曲必須是未曾公開發行過的作品。（但2016年1月1日後發表公開之作品不在此限）
• Submitted musical pieces must never be officially released. （Those that publicly played after Jan. 1, 2016 are accepted）.

（二）比賽日期，地點，獎勵辦法 Submission and award details

1. 初賽 QUALIFYING ROUND

• 報名時間：2016年1月29日（五）至2016年3月11日（五）24時止。

Submission time: From Jan. 29, 2016 （Friday） to Mar. 11, 2016 （Friday）

• 報名網站：請點選以下報名網址

• 需附上之報名資料 Attach with following information

（a） 聯絡人資訊：姓名、E-mail、手機號碼

Contact Info of participants: Name, e-mail address, cell phone number

（b） 參賽者照片：至少2MB以上（jpeg或png檔）

Photos of participant: at least 2 MB（in jpeg or png file）

（c） 參賽者介紹：

• 成員簡介
• 成員編制（人數及各團員所負責之樂團位置務必清楚說明，若初選入圍後不得更改）
• 音樂理念（200-300字）
• 經歷（演出or得獎經驗）

Profile:

• Introduction of individual participant.
• Members of the participating music group （Please clearly mention the number of members and their position. Information shall not be changed after the qualifying round）
  
• 200-300 words stating the inspiration of your work.
• Experience in performing and/or list of awards received.

（d） 參賽者原創音樂作品：

• 2-5首的Demo或Live演出影片
• Demo規格：請以壓縮檔方式上傳，每首長度4-5分鐘，限mp3格式
• Live演出影片規格：請提供參賽者本人演出作品的有效影片連結

Original musical pieces:

• 2-5 Demos or Live performances video.
• For Demo: 4-5 minutes long, in mp3, compressed file.
  
• For live performance: provide links.

• 選拔方式 Voting
• 主辦單位從報名樂團提供之作品DEMO中，評選出前十五強，進入現場複賽
• The judges will select 15 participants/groups from the DEMO or LIVE entries for semi-finals.

• 入選15強名單公佈 Announcement
• 2016年3月14日（一）於春浪官方FB公佈
• The top 15 list will be announced on Mar. 14, 2016 （Monday） on Spring-Wave Facebook.

• 前15強獎勵 Subsidies for Top 15

（a） 交通補貼：

• 台灣地區/（每人）補貼NT＄2000元
• 台灣以外地區/（每人）補貼NT＄6000元

Transportation:

• Local participants: NT$2,000 for each participant.
• International participants: NT$6,000 for each participant.
  

（b） 免費住宿：

• 前15強，两天免費住宿（2016年4月2日、4月3日，位於台北的飯店住宿）
• 前6強，三天免費住宿（2016年4月2日、4月3日、4月4日，位於台北的飯店住宿）

Free hotel accommodation:

• Top 15: two days of free hotel accommodations.（April 2, 3, 2016, local Taipei hotels）
• Top 6: three days of free hotel accommodations.（April 2, 3, 4, 2016, local Taipei hotels）
  

（c） 至台北春浪音樂節現場服務處登記後，皆可免費入場觀賞節目（4月3日、4月4日之两天節目）

2. 現場複賽 SEMI-FINAL ROUND

• 選拔方式：由評審於比賽現場自15組入圍者中選出前六強，進入總決賽
• Voting: the jury will select 6 participants/groups from the top 15 after live performances for the final round.

• 比賽時間：2016年4月2日（六）下午4:00-10:00
• Competition time: April 2, 2016 （Saturday） 4:00pm – 10:00pm

• 比賽地點：台北大佳河濱公園
• Competition venue: Dajia Riverside Park, Taipei, Taiwan

3. 總決賽 FINAL ROUND

• 選拔方式：由評審於比賽現場評選出前五名
• Voting: the jury will select the top 5.

• 比賽時間：2016年4月4日（一）下午3:30-4:40
• Competition time: April 4, 2016 （Monday） 3:30pm – 4:40pm

• 比賽地點：台北大佳河濱公園
• Competition venue: Dajia Riverside Park, Taipei, Taiwan

• 總決賽獎勵 Awards for finalists

（a） 第一名：

• 獎金NT $ 60000
• 將獲邀至2016年春浪亞洲巡迴演出二站的演出機會
• 演出者之機票、飯店、在地交通，由主辦單位全額支付
  

Champion:

• NT $ 60,000 cash award.
• Invitation to perform at least two Spring Wave Asia festivals in 2016.
  
• All expenses of the performer（s） including air tickets, hotels and local transportation will be paid by the Organizer.
  

（b） 第二名：

• 獎金NT $ 50000
• 將獲邀至2016年春浪亞洲巡迴演出二站的演出機會
  
• 演出者之機票、飯店、在地交通，由主辦單位全額支付
  

Second place:

• NT $ 50,000 cash award.
• Invitation to perform at least two Spring-Wave Asia festivals in 2016.
  
• All expenses of the performer（s） including air tickets, hotels, and local transportation will be paid by the Organizer.
  

（c） 第三名：NT $ 40000

Third place: NT $ 40,000 cash award

（d） 第四名：NT $ 30000

Fourth place: NT $ 30,000 cash award

（e） 第五名：NT $ 20000

Fifth place: NT $ 20,000 cash award

（三）注意事項 Terms and Conditions

• 所有參賽者報名比賽，即同意主辦單位授權於相關指定合作媒體或平台，包括參賽者之姓名、基本資料、肖像、錄影、錄音著作，於各相關活動宣傳品、報導刊登及各媒體平台做播放或轉播，不另計酬使用。
• Upon submission, the participant agrees to authorize Organizer to make publicity, broadcast or live transmission of the Awards programs in media or other platform including the use of the participant's name, background information, images, and audio and video recordings. The participant will receive no remuneration for such use.
  
• 若有抄襲或欺瞞偽造資料情事，主辦單位有權取消其參賽資格及得獎獎項。
  
• Organizer reserves the right to eliminate the participant from the competition or cancel the award given to the participant should the participant be found to have involved in copyright violation, cheating or forgery.
  
• 主辦單位有權決定取消、終止、修改或暫停本活動。
• Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, revise or suspend the Awards activities.
