「從容The Power of Now」盧博瑛個展

從容 The Power of Now
容就是様子，它是什麼樣子，就讓它是什麼樣子；這樣叫做從容。
從容是臣服與接納，是一種「知其無可奈何而安之若命。」的自在與信任。
從容可以放下，可以安心；在從容的當下，有愛與力量。

藝術家自述
我自小夢想當個畫家，一路走來，從不稍減對藝術的熱愛。2009年憑著這一份執著，不在乎年齡老熟，我參加了東海大學的招生考試，得幸進入美術系所就讀。54歲重拾畫筆的我，就像個回家的浪子，流著欣喜的眼淚回歸到屬於自己的地方。
感謝上天的刻意安排，我因著起步晚，而更有著豐富的人生經驗來揮灑我的畫布，書寫我的人生。我最喜歡的作畫方式，即是塞尚先生所言的︰「抽象而不脫離形象。」以及我很喜歡的一位作家也是畫家的諾貝爾文學獎得主高行健先生說的︰「抽象之於我，得抽而有象，而非形象的消失。」
我的畫作媒材全然沒有限制，我的技法也無所要求特定，我常隨作畫時之興起而忽有變化，其中最常用的工具是畫刀與布。色彩方面，有時我喜用對比色，有時我愛用相近色。不同的走訪、經歷，會有不同的發現，創作就像人生一樣，永遠有神秘的未知在吸引著我。
The Artist Autobiography
Ever since my childhood, my dream of becoming a painter has grown stronger and stronger as the years went by. In 2009, I decided to pursue my dream and study Fine Arts at TungHai University. At age of 54, I finally found my heaven, just like a traveler coming back to the comfort of his own home. I thank God for His arrangement of my late start in pursuing arts. From my enriched life experience, I am able to express and articulate through my paintings.
My approach is mainly inspired by Paul Cezanne that, “Pure drawing is an abstraction. Drawing and color are not distinct, everything in nature is colored”. The quote from Nobel Laureate in Literature, Gao Xing Jing that, “Abstraction to me is abstracting with image left somehow, instead of image eliminated” also influenced my work.
There are no restrictions in my painting whether it is about forms, mediums or techniques. The most frequently used tools are painting knifes and canvas in creating my paintings. I like contrast colors or colors in harmony. Different encounters and experiences in my life often result in distinctive art works. Painting to me is a lot like life, full of unknown and fascination.

2018 "藝術融入生活︰藝術磁磚"榮獲巧繪網手創館和三羽建材股份有限公司簽約，畫作製成石版畫。
