報名截止時間：即日起至2013年7月1日止（郵戳為憑）
徵件對象：凡華人導演之影像創作皆可報名參加，報名作品需在2012年6月以後完成之作品。
影片類型不拘，影片長度不限。
本次競賽徵件報名分二階段：
1. 第一階段：2013年7月1日前提交網路報名表。
2. 第二階段：2013年7月1日前郵寄徵件作品DVD，以郵戳為憑。
請隨函附上以下資料：
（1）參賽影片含『中文字幕』或『英文字幕』之DVD光碟拷貝五份。
（請先自行確認播放皆無問題，避免拷貝品質不佳或挑片而影響遴選結果。）
（2） 影片資料之電子檔光碟一份：
內含5張劇照及導演近期正面清晰照片1張至3張（300dpi解析度以上）。
（3） 若有參賽影片3分鐘以內之預告（數位影像檔）或其他影片相關宣傳資料請一併附上。

The 2013, 13th South Taiwan Film Festival
South Award—Chinese Films Competition: Call for Entries
The Aim of the Competition:
Established in millennium, and held The South Award—Chinese Films Competition since the 3rd, The STFF and its competition is for Chinese filmmakers who dedicated to offering the audience multi-perspective visual works with avant-garde, radical, innovative spirits within.
The Qualification of Entries:
Entry is open to ethnic Chinese filmmakers worldwide, to any genre, feature or short length film/video works; however, the films were completed after June, 2012. also, all entry must be postmarked no later than 1st July, 2013.
（ The Festival committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any project. Films postmarked after this deadline have no guarantee of being viewed for Official Selection consideration. ）
To Submit a Film, You Need To （2 steps）:
A. Fill in entry form from on STFF website :
（no later than 1st July,2013）
B. Enclosing in the envelope the following materials:
1. 5 prints of DVDs, in DVD–Video, NTSC format; with Traditional Chinese / English （at least one） subtitles. （Please make sure all prints can be played on DVD player/PC, or may cause the disqualification）.
2. 1 information DVD （or VCD） contains 5 stills of the film, director’s photo at least 2. （All in digital, 300 dpi minimum.）.
3. The STFF would be happy to have trailers, any promotional materials for the film（poster, advertising, press info, etc.）
