At a time when all developments seem to result in the ravage of the wrecking ball. No-where is this pressure more unforgiving than right here, the highly contested Xin-yi district. We at Woolloomooloo however, are no fans of the bulldozer, especially as a tool for progress.

Our contribution to the current debate on ‘urban re- development’ is the rejuvenation of our building, this ‘oldie, but a goodie’ is reincarnated as a generator of life! Its own re-birth dedicated to the celebration of the endeavours this city devotes to its pursuits of real, lasting progress.
