防疫的現在幾乎是每天關在家

家人沒出門也都在家吃飯

老實說我的廚藝不是很好

會煮的菜色就那幾道

連續煮個四五天就沒招了

吃同樣的菜色家人也會抱怨

但自從有了『郭老師方便家常菜』

弄好料變得相當簡單容易

隨便一下子就能弄出滿桌大餐

郭老師現在還有推出防疫綜合組

12道菜色可以一次滿足！！

介紹幾道我昨晚為家人準備的菜色

這雞丁的肉質細嫩不乾柴

裡面還特別添加有機杏鮑菇

使用了麻油、薑、九層塔等天然食材爆香

整個味道吃起來不甜不死鹹

會讓人一口接一口很下飯

↑↑↑原味去骨嫩雞腿↑↑↑

這大塊去骨雞腿讓人看了口水直流

這只要簡單的烹調就很好吃

吃起來沒有雞腥味，還保有雞肉最好品質與口感

每口都吃的到雞腿肉的鮮嫩多汁

拿來乾煎單獨吃就非常美味

如果想做點變化也能嘗試照燒雞、椒麻雞

只要弄點醬汁配料就可以做了

豬肉跟軟骨都軟嫩到骨肉分離

這豬肉部位選得很好不油膩

軟骨帶脆非常有層次感

Growing up eating Chinese food, I ate a lot of state-owned food.
